Warranty Terms
Warranty
information
GARPEN Pty.Ltd. offer
a 180 day warranty on all items.
Where possible all items will be checked and tested before delivery
reducing the risk of DOA (dead on arrival) items. Should the item be
DOA please contact GARPEN Pty. Ltd. within 3 days of delivery.
All shipping to return items to GARPEN will be at the buyers
cost.
Please contact GARPEN should problems arise
and We will assist with the warranty process.
Where possible return item will be repaired and reshipped if necessary
at owners cost. If repair is not practicable then a replacement or
refund may be offered.
Warranty will not cover misuse, abuse, damage incorrect fluids or
actions not associated with normal use. Service items such as spark
plugs, belts, batteries etc are not concidered warrantable items.
No returns should be initiated without
contacting GARPEN first by phone or email for instructions
